Yes - we can deliver via Google Meet for the theory portion, but for HLTAID009 certification, hands-on practice is required. Most teams choose on-site so you certify in one go. Pick "Mixed" if you want theory online and a single on-site assessment day.
Yes. HLTAID009 is a nationally-recognised unit issued under ASQA-approved RTO partner. Accepted by Safe Work Australia, all state workplace authorities, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, ACECQA, and AHPRA for relevant roles.
After we confirm your date. Invoice goes out by email - you pay before the session. We accept bank transfer, credit card (1.75% surcharge), or purchase order for larger orgs.
Very rare with CPR. If a participant doesn't pass the practical, we'll re-attempt with them on the same day at no extra cost. If they still can't certify, no fee for that head.
